    There are 11 suites in total, divided into 6 Ocean Front Suites located in Building A and C, and 5 Ocean View Suites located in Building B and D.

    Each suite is 1500 square feet.


  • What are the bedding arrangements in the suites?

    All suites feature 2 bedrooms: a master room with a king bed and a guest room with a queen bed, along with 2 bathrooms.

    Yes, each suite has a full kitchen that includes utensils, a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and toaster.

    Yes, all suites are equipped with central air conditioning, and there are TVs in each bedroom and the living room, with 32” TVs in the bedrooms and 50-65” smart TVs in the living room.


  • What amenities are provided in the suites?

    Suites come with complimentary coffee bags, sugar, Splenda, creamer packs, cooking oil, vinegar, 1 water (5-gallon water), toilet papers, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Additionally, a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, safe, ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, and cable channels are available.

  • Is there a charge for towel exchanges or room cleaning?

    Yes, there's a fee for fresh towels or sheets and room cleaning: $35 USD for a full change of towels, $20 USD for a half change, and $10 USD for a couple of towels.


  • What extra bedding options are available?

    Pull out sofa beds are available in specific Suites (A2, C1, C2, B1, D3).


  • Can guests request additional blankets or pillows?

    Each suite is equipped with one blanket, and additional requests can be accommodated through the 24-hour on-call management.

  • What facilities are available on the property?

    Guests have access to pool chairs, lounges, beach day beds, an infinity pool, a heated Jacuzzi, elevators in each building, 24-hour private security, and free onsite parking. The pool and Jacuzzi close at 10 p.m. for guests' comfort and safety.

    Each suite comes with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for self-catering. The property is located in the heart of San Pedro Town, within walking distance of popular dining spots.
